How will leads be delivered?

• You will receive a notification on WhatsApp when a lead is assigned to you.
• We will show you all the details like Project Type, Expected Possession Time, Budget, and Locality.
• Once you accept the lead (by clicking on Yes - interested Button), our system will automatically connect you with the customer.
• Lead details will also be updated in our CRM application.

Will they be hot / cold / warm leads?

• Our leads are always HOT leads, matching the profile specified in your brief.
• Our system automatically dials you and the lead, patching you together when they are ready to speak.
• All leads are 100% genuine and in-market.

How will I be billed?

• We will share the credits required per lead at the beginning of our engagement, let's say approx. 800.
• To start the service, you need to top up your wallet with ₹10,000 after your free trial.
• You will receive a WhatsApp notification when a lead is assigned to you.
• Click "I'm Interested" to connect with the lead; this action is FREE and does not deduct any credits from your account.
• Our system automatically patches the call between you (the interior designer) and the customer when they are ready to speak.
• Credits are only deducted after you speak with the lead for at least 15 seconds.
• All our leads are in-market, meaning they are actively seeking the services you provide. While we cannot guarantee conversions, data from over 3,000 interior designers shows that, on average, 2 out of 10 genuine leads convert.
• When you successfully talk to a customer for more than 15 seconds, we will deduct 800 credits from your account.

Will the leads be qualified?
